Terms of Service

1. The Service

KeepMyLinks lets you save, organise, search, sync, and optionally share links and collections. Features may differ between Free and Pro plans. We may update, add, or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@keepmylinks.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Upload or share content that infringes others' rights or contains malware
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data
• Abuse public sharing, Discover, embeds, or similar features
• Resell or misuse the Service in a way that violates these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you save in KeepMyLinks. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sync and any public sharing you enable.

Content is private by default. Public boards and cards are visible to others according to the sharing settings you choose.

5. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans (such as Pro Yearly and Pro Lifetime) are billed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Prices shown may exclude applicable taxes; taxes and local currency conversion are handled at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Lifetime purchases grant ongoing Pro access under these Terms, subject to the Service remaining available.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by KeepMyLinks and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeepMyLinks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
